Fancy Shellfish Series
My first shellfish painting was inspired by an unexpected lunch during a short road trip in New England. We visited a favorite restaurant and had a ‘fancier’ than anticipated lunch, of which a dish of littleneck clams was a part. After that impromptu stop, Fancy Lunch was created and this ongoing series, with shells from around the globe, has followed.
